Mads is a partner of successor.dk and a founder of Fly & Co. He works as a change and management consultant and facilitator with special focus on social innovation and complex problem solving. Examples include UN Women projects in Moldova on issues regarding gender equality and gender-based violence and the Kongsvinger region in Norway on reduction of youth outside the labour markets and educational institutions. Projects carried out in association with the Welfare Improvement Network (WiN). Mads teaches courses in strategic management and complex problem solving.Mads has worked as a leader in the Danish Ministry of Justice, Department of Prisons and Probation for more than 10 years. He has been head of strategy and organizational development, management, and controlling.Mads has extensive experience as a positive deviance facilitator and has been part of teaching the positive deviance methodology at the executive masters program Coaching and Consulting for Change at HEC/ Oxford University for a number of years. He holds an M.Sc in Business Administration and Organization and has completed the international Challenge-X Masterclass in Munich.Mads is also a founding partner of CareShare. CareShare develops sustainable digital solutions for empowering and improving quality of life for children with mental illnesses.
