Main tasks includes:- Set up and maintain a data driven approach to pricing items on a global level. To do this, my self and the team I am part of, created an algorithm which optimizes prices daily.- Support regional and local offices worldwide with data insights and analysis. This includes cost analysis, sales analysis, list price suggestions etc.Daily tasks include:- Monitoring/improving price algorithm. Almost 10 million prices updated weekly.- Working with our outsourcing partner in Manilla to optimize processes. - Creating and maintaining a pricing solution for a sister company (Garrets International).- Involved in a number of different projects aimed at increasing EBITA, either through optimized pricing or optimized costing.- Working with finance department on streamlining costing process.- Working with procurement department on how to set base prices/list prices.- Created an incentive model for Key Account customers.- Calculation of bonus payouts to Key Account customers.- Various reporting to CxO on financial impact of pricing/costing changes.Main tools used:- SQL- PowerBI- Excel- Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP)
