Reporting to APJ, I was part of Microsoft' Customer Support & Services, Global Business Support Delivery Asia team and was leading the Relationship Management with Syndication Partners to drive Cloud O365 experience. Focus was to be a Trusted Advisor to deliver value and experience to partners and customers through planning & deployment; Support Sales team to win business and earn customer / partner loyalty; Help Partners to Sell More, Deploy Better and Escalate Less

Reporting to Dublin, I was leading Microsoft's internal IT practices globally to drive IT-to-Business integration. This role required immense focus on Business strategy, People & Relationship management, good Technical background, IT operations, Budgeting, Sales and Pre-Sales discipline. Additionally required continuous focus to enhance employee productivity & have regular interaction with Senior Leadership team at regional & global level to support business efforts on Enable Revenue with IT Customer Connection.

As Head IT, my role was focused on to bring strategic leadership to IT as a function to the Sales and Marketing business. Charter was to lead operations and regular IT support with GEO coverage for India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka and on to make IT relevant to business and to build an IT organization that served the diverse requirements of different businesses while aligning to As the CIO listening sub, I was heading the IT Operations & relationship management for the Microsoft Sales, Marketing and Services Group (SMSG) and Microsoft Research (MSR) India business. Delivery of the IT services is aimed at ensuring world-class execution, while also positioning Microsoft IT as a reference able practice that can be leveraged to enhance Microsoft’s reputation and drive revenue opportunities.

I joined pre-merger Compaq and then was part of HP Global Delivery Infrastructure Services focusing on service delivery & maintaining high customer and partner satisfaction. My key responsibilities were – People, Staffing & Vendor Management, P&L Management, Business Development, Escalation Management and to establish best practices and processes
