As an Internal PM, my primary responsibility was to lead and execute our global HR projects in the Service BU (~8500 employees), supporting our senior management team on “people” related topics.• IMO (Integration Management Office) support on the merger of Siemens Wind Power and Gamesa, and acquisition of Senvion – Organizational blueprints, Planning of restructurings, aligning integration processes etc.• Organizational management – Developing and maintaining the org. structure of the Service BU. Harmonizing the setup across regions and global functions.• Shaping the cultural foundation for the Service BU in the newly merged company, by creating the Ownership Ambassador program for SGRE, as well as facilitating the global roll-out (2-day workshops in Orlando, Pamplona, Hamburg, Chennai and Singapore).
