CurrentAs Lead Architect at RTX, I am responsible for ensuring the architectural integrity and quality of all software developed within the R&D department. This initiative has significantly improved the consistency and efficiency of our development practices.In addition, I have been deeply involved in a major update to an existing product line, guiding the refactoring of a large, complex codebase. This project spans multiple products, including wireless edge devices and base stations connected to a cloud solution. I worked closely with specialists and other software architects to optimize the system for greater efficiency, reduced maintenance, and improved scalability.As a member of RTX’s Cybersecurity Board, I have developed expertise in regulatory requirements across Europe and the United States. In this capacity, I designed the threat analysis model currently in use at RTX, strengthening our cybersecurity posture and ensuring compliance with international standards.
Technology Lead - Platforms & Architecture
In my role as Technology Lead, I was responsible for overseeing and coordinating architectural decisions across the entire software department, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. I contributed to the development of a robust product development process and various supporting processes that streamlined workflow and enhanced productivity.As the architect on a major project, I led the integration of an advanced audio system for concert attendees. My responsibilities included developing a significant portion of the system built on Linux, as well as overseeing the integration of all system subcomponents to ensure seamless functionality. I developed a method of synchronizing an audio signal transmitted via a wireless link to a audio transmitted through air. In another large-scale project, I served as the lead architect in developing a wireless modem based on DECT technology for an advanced conferencing system. During this development I co-invented a new method of communication with a large amount of microphones. this development lead to a successful patent application. I played a crucial role in both designing the wireless modem and contributing to the overall system architecture. As a key stakeholder, I worked closely with the customer, leading the process of requirements gathering. Additionally, I was instrumental in developing the initial version of the requirements management process that was adopted at RTX, establishing a solid foundation for future projects.
Project Engineer
As a Project Engineer, I played a pivotal role in implementing and integrating DSP algorithms for audio processing, specifically focusing on the integration of an asynchronous resampler for Dialog Semiconductor DSPs.
