As Vice President of Eurasian and South Asian markets, I manage the company's operations in Russia, India, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, and emerging markets in Central Asia. My duties include leading a lean and focused organization of sales, operations, marketing, and finance professionals based in Salt Lake City, Moscow, and Mumbai. Together we support tens of thousands of distributors in our region and provide them with a suite of business tools, logistical support, marketing and sales training, and uniquely positioned product lines. This partnership has led to sustained growth every year since 2015. I attribute our success to embracing cross-cultural approaches to our business that ensure local viability through carefully crafted sales, product, marketing, and HR strategies. Building and deploying a diverse and knowledgeable team in the field has allowed our brand to find talented and dedicated partners in every market where we do business.

As Senior Director of Eurasian markets I oversaw 4Life's expansion into Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Mongolia. My first project in this position was to open a subsidiary in Moscow, Russia, which serves as the hub of our Eurasian operations. This project included many exploratory trips to engage new partners, adapt company policies and procedures to a new and unique environment, build out the supply chain and distribution channels, and develop the team to drive our business forward.

As the SEA market coordinator, I partnered with 4Life offices in Singapore, Kuala-Lumpur, Jakarta, Manilla, Bangkok, and Mumbai to implement global strategy; streamlined workflows and procedures and created training resources for regional staff; built relationships with key global leaders through structured weekly conference calls, regional training visits, annual leadership summits at HQ, and responsive communication in our usual workflows.

In this position I focused on developing and implementing a marketing and field communications strategy across social media platforms, email, and corporate websites (including building a new site for distributor incentives and promotions). I functioned as a one-person creative department and developed content for all these channels, including ad campaigns, training webinars, and day-to-day content on social media platforms. I developed an online salesforce training program and integrated performance incentive programs for sales reprentatives at all experience levels. I spearheaded the event production for our 10th anniversary celebration in Eurasia, and created all print and digital media resources for events in St. Petersburg and Lake Baikal, Russia.

As Director I was responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of Days for Girls’ marketing strategies, social media, marketing communications, public relations, and materials, including publications, media relations, and development. I developed short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/public relations program and its activities, monitored progress, assured adherence to the organization's policies and procedures and evaluated team performance.

Managed the submission and review of manuscripts, edited and prepared manuscripts for publication based on A.P. style guide rules, ensured effective communication between members of the editorial staff throughout the world.

Designed and implemented an intensive, intermediate-level curriculum focused on developing proficiency in the four key skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing; managed students from a variety of backgrounds with various ability levels; maintained a 98% success rate of students meeting course objectives

Taught Russian language and culture at this intensive 2-month program which is designed to help students achieve high levels of foreign language proficiency in a short amount of time.
