Mind Your Own Business is an organization that leverages social entrepreneurship as a tool to empower young boys from disengaged neighborhoods all over Denmark. MYOB runs incubation programs that unites civic society, government and corporate partners in cross-sectorial collaboration which enables the boys to start up micro-companies, strengthening their social and professionals skills. As Head of Partnerships I was responsible for: # Overall strategic development of Partnership-program# Building and managing a portfolio of + 50 partner organizations including some of Denmarks largest Youth Organizations. # Driving and leading projects across partners and young entrepreneurs# Developing large-scale agenda-projects across sectors and partners.Results the first year:# Developing partership management tools & pipeline# Initiating partnerships with more than 20 new organisations building a total pipeline of +40 partners. # 120 partner activities with more than 5.000 visits from young people. # School actitivies for more than 2400 students together with KK, By & HAvn Idrætsprojektet, Trygfonden and more. # Building network and projects with BL, FRAK and more resulting in +50 activities with more than 1000 visits from young people on the edge of the community. STREAT is one of Australia's most innovative social enterprises. A Social Enterprise at heart, STREAT leverages a market-based business model to create an innovative and effective response to a large and intractable social problem. Having won several awards for it’s innovative and game-changing Social Enterprise model, STREAT builds businesses within the hospitality industry, providing homeless and disengaged youth, aged 16-25, with a supported path away from a life on the streets to a stable and sustainable life. Over the 8 months I've been working with STREAT I have gained in-depth experience within a line of inspiring areas of innovation and management in a Social Enterprise and the challenges and possibilities of combining social and business goals, and creating synergies between diverse stakeholder interests, in a hybrid context.My experiences and responsibilities @ STREAT: - Co-designing and coordinating a collaborative storytelling and innovation project involving a broad range of stakeholders. We used various forms of co-creation methods and creative expression formats to convey the stories of impact from STREAT’s young beneficiaries to STREAT's large customer and stakeholder base. - Assisting CEO, Rebecca Scott, on different innovation initiatives and the development of Innovation strategies.- Negotiation sponsorships and reciprocal partnerships. - Designing and facilitating community involvement workshops using Lego Serious Play methodology. - Assisting on Youth Programme development "Life skills" sessions - Thesis research: Researching how to enable Social Intrapreneurship and Employee-Driven-Innovation in Social Enterprises and hybrid organizational contexts.

GAME is a Top 500 NGO that utilizes street sports and urban culture to empower socially disadvantaged youth in across the world. I've worked almost 5 years @ GAME, both full and part time - My experiences and responsibilities:# Managing and developing a network of corporate, municipal and civil partners to engage in activities and strategic development of the Youth Programme I was responsible for. # Developing & managing a 4 year national youth & urban-culture program, empowering youth by developing a framework for self-organized urban culture. The programme created collective impact by facilitating cross-sector collaborations, involving stakeholders from six Danish municipalities. # Developing and fundraising a youth-culture/music program, enabling disengaged youth to develop music careers on a professional level. The program aimed at building a support network of music industry professionals, giving the young access to skill development, career building, recording facilities and much more. The project was developed with the young and driven by their needs and wishes. It involved a diverse stakeholder group of both public & private sector partners. # Event design and management: Responsible for a total of 13 community-driven streetparties in disadvantaged living areas with a total of more than 11.000 participants.# Facilitating co-creation workshops with the purpose of developing new youth culture and street sports facilities in Århus and Esbjerg. # Designing, planning and facilitating interactive conference on youth strategies and self-organized youth culture in 2012, 2013 & 2014.# Leading diverse project teams of volunteers and employees during events.# Marketing: Creating national communication campaigns using different kinds of creative media & internal, strategic project communication.
