In parallel with my job as CEO in Resolution I am also CEO of the Danish part of TRKKN.TRKKN is one of the leading cloud and marketing technology partners and full-service providers for data-driven marketing across the fields of Digital Analytics, Conversion Optimization, Advanced Analytics & AI, Ad Tech, Cloud Engineering and Tech & Data Strategy. As a certified partner and reseller of all Google Marketing Platform products as well as the Google Cloud, TRKKN advises and supports well-known national and international customers in the development and implementation of a data and marketing strategy around the Google Tech Stack.

As CEO of Resolution Denmark my primary focus is to develop the company in five areas. - Craft & product development- Sales & Marketing- Customer satisfaction- Employee engagement- ProfitabilityCraft & product development is very close to my heart. In one of my previous roles in Resolution as Search Director, I taught myself to write JavaScript to utilise what was then a new feature in Google Ads called Google Ads Scripts. I used my newly learned skill to automate many of the tasks that my Search colleagues and I performed everyday such as bidding, reporting, error checking etc. The trigger-based bidding script I made back then was depreciated only a couple of years ago, due to significant improvements in Google’s Smart Bidding algorithm. Today I use my competencies to innovate directly on our client businesses through digital transformation roadmaps & consultancy.The success of Sales & Marketing comes natural for me because I have been working with those areas since the beginning of my professional career. I participated in a significant number of pitches, and I know what I takes to do a good pitch. I use my experience in this area to train and inspire colleagues and of course to win new clients. It is paying off, since we are experiencing record breaking growth numbers in Resolution now. We measure customer satisfaction and employee engagement continuously and both come out on a very high level.It goes without saying that profitability is always of paramount importance - both Resolution and in our clients’ businesses. Finding the right balance between revenue and profit is an exercise I find both stimulating and indispensable.
