Airline Transport Pilot License ATPL(H) holder, with a diverse background (+15 years) from aviation which stems from offshore, hoist, SAR and regular CAT flights on both MET and SEP helicopters. Furthermore, I have an in-depth knowledge and practical experience in auditing in every corner of AOC-holders. I regularly take the role as lead-auditor in audits on management level as well as audits in the helicopter and simulator. My extensive knowledge in how to implement EASA rules stem from my background as Chief Insepctor in the Operations department of the Danish CAA.It is important to me to treat every one in a polite and constructive way. As a regulator I have been in several situations where my ability to maintain focus and keep an open and constructive dialogue has resulted in positive outcomes to all parts. In general my communicative and social skills are high and I have an ability to quickly "read the room". My communicative and social skills come very handy in both the office among my colleagues but also in more intense situations like audits.
