I work on various projects as a developer and have been promoted to Mobile Dev Lead, leading the mobile development team. My role involves not only development but also guiding and supporting the team, as well as organizing meetings to ensure efficiency and quality of work.I work with a diverse team. My responsibilities include directly interacting with clients, designers, and the technical team to understand needs and requirements, and to develop features that meet expectations. I started by implementing user interfaces (UI) according to Figma designs and later moved on to defining the application's architecture based on project requirements. Currently, in addition to leading the team, I organize meetings with clients to specify requirements and develop tasks, fostering effective communication and ensuring that the solutions developed are robust, scalable, and aligned with end-user needs.
