- Created a customized dashboard to summarize data analytics research including data mining techniques from over 255,000 observations from Salesforce to assist senior level staff in understanding the current status of the program, interpreting areas of improvement, and targeting action plans- Responsible for all phases of data management including: capturing, cleaning, integrating, analyzing and communicating to the senior level staff- Constructed a forecasting tool for the EMBA program to predict the rank of the program that allowed senior level staff to understand the major factors affecting the program’s overall rank- Integrated the custom dashboard with the forecasting tool to monitor how program initiatives were affecting the predicted rank of the program- Prioritized and managed additional projects simultaneously including: maintained and updated program databases and provided logistical support for the Executive Guest Speaker Series.
