Prof. Lakshman Madurasinghe is a Lawyer, a Chartered Fellow at CIPD London, Member of the International Bar Association, and a Behavioural Scientist who has made a significant contribution to the fields of Organizational Behaviour , Human rights, Peace studies, and Human Consciousness. He is the pioneer of e-consciousness and has a proven track record in several renowned institutions such as Alfuttaim, ADNOC and Standard Chartered Bank.He is currently a Senior Professor at the University of Azteca in North America. Through his revolutionary philosophy, he dares all of you to take the possibility of transformation and optimizing your true potential seriously, creating nothing less than a revolution in consciousness and culture.
