This project named Tostan’s Generational Change in Three Years campaign aims to build on the momentum currently growing across West Africa for a historic, large-scale movement for the abandonment of harmful practices, the empowerment of girls and women, and the promotion of human rights. Among my duties: help to develop Monitoring and Evaluation indicators of Community Wellbeing and explore alternative evaluation strategies to those currently in place; help to coordinate M&E efforts in National Offices in ways that build staff capacities; plan and collect quantitative data in the field during site studies, baseline studies, interim/final evaluations and monitoring of activities; train staff in National Office in data collection methodology and supervise data collection, and conduct multilevel data-driven analysis.
