I am an enthusiastic student at the HEG - Geneva, in the final year of my bachelor's degree in International Business Management, with a minor in Commodity Trading. Expected graduation: June 2022Fascinated by trade, finance and, overall corporate administration, I am passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and satisfaction.Being driven by passion, I aspire to be a lifelong learner, with a growth mindset, and always willing to embrace challenges.My key strengths are commitment, perseverance, discipline, and a positive mindset. This is supported by my background: having arrived in Switzerland in 2014 and barely speaking French, thanks to my English skills, I was hired at the Mirabeau Hotel as an apprentice in the reception department in view of obtaining the CFC - ( Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Business and Commerce ). While working at Mirabeau Hotel, I was able to seize the opportunities I was offered and succeeded in progressing from apprentice to receptionist and finally to becoming the Front desk manager's assistant. At the commercial school, not only was I able to learn French but I was rewarded for my commitment and good results for three years in a row. For my final project, I obtained a maximum grade of 6.I decided to pursue a bachelor's degree at the HEG to enhance my thought process, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
