I am a driven individual who has worked several years in customer service and other fields. Through these past experiences I have grasped many adequate skills that give a boost. I have learned more about how to effectively communicate with all different kinds of people, training, efficiency and time management in the workplace. One important skill that I have learned is how to be an effective and trustworthy team player, because not everything can be done independently. I love working on creative projects and strategies on how to better the community. Through many assessments and development classes that I have taken here at Auburn. The StrengthsQuest assessment identified my top five themes being achiever, discipline, futuristic, includer, and competition. All of these combined provide me with the skills to be a productive, skilled, and initiative taker individual. As well as meeting performance targets in an orderly fashion. Being able to enhance and provide quick suggestions to issues that occur is correlated to envisioning the future in coming years. I am a passionate student and worker who will do everything I can do to strive for the best and learn from mistakes. Through past experiences of working in customer service, there are many scenarios that I was able to develop mentorship and leadership skills with other employees. I am ideally suited to working with others because collaborating and getting to learn about others opinions and backgrounds can help be influential in the industry.
