My experience as a barista has developed my ability to adapt to fast-paced shifts through time efficiency as well as use trends and personal experience to upsell and through insightful and persuasive recommendations while improving customer loyalty. This experience has strengthened my ability to persevere through stressful situations and find creative solutions to problems. As a junior at the University of Texas at Dallas with a major in Philosophy and minor in Business Administration, I aim to leverage the critical analysis and logic of philosophy and technical skills of business to further in my interest in the funeral business, international business, and law. Coursework in philosophy has prepared me for careful logical analysis of arguments and approaches towards making solutions and moral choices.My work and educational experience have inclined my skills towards problem-solving, managing tasks simultaneously, and ability to work collaboratively and independently. My volunteer work additionally testifies to my sense of responsibility while ensuring the well-being of animals' lives and empathy. I am looking forward to opportunities to incorporate my educational and professional experience with my interests and contribute positively to a team.

I both collaborated with a team and worked independently to conscientiously attend to detail in each customer's order while keeping a safe and sanitary workplace. Calculated totals and profits and reset cash register at the end of the day with high accuracy.
