Involved in production of precast components for House and Development Board, Singapore.Project includes:- Jurong West N2 C20- Ang Mo Kio N2 C32A- Ang Mo Kio N6 C34- Tengah Park C7- Woodlands N9 C4Responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control of precast components for the projects.Monitored and supervised the production works including pre-pour, post-pour and pre-delivery according to production drawings and ensure it is in line with Quality Control and Quality Assurance (QA/QC) in IBS.Coordinated with other subcontractor’s supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence, and method of work especially with Resident Engineer (RE), Resident Technical Officer (RTO) and HDB Singapore personnel.Examined any discrepancies in production drawings to prevent error during casting of precast components and to avoid double handling works in future. Managed the filing system to record all inspection checklists, memo, method statement, delivery order and material procurement records.Provided technical advice and support in IBS for the project and ensure that the established quality control / quality assurance process and accompanying checklists are completed and in full compliance with the company’s SOP.

Involved in the proposed development of Taman Seri Lemawang, Tuaran, Sabah- 833 Units of Double-Storey Terrace Affordable Homes - 800 Units of Projek Perumahan Rakyat Affordable Apartments - 17 Units of Double-Storey ShopsResponsible for coordinating and monitoring overall precast related activities on site including the setting up of casting yard for production of precast panels.Monitored and supervised the production works including pre-pour, post-pour and pre-delivery according to production drawings and ensure it is in line with Quality Control and Quality Assurance (QA/QC) in IBS.Coordinated with other subcontractor’s supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence, and method of work especially in the erection work of precast elements.Inspected the method and flow of erection works including the cranage requirement, delivery of precast elements to erection site and correct rigging procedures.Examined any discrepancies in production drawings, mechanical and electrical drawings as well as architecture drawings to prevent unnecessary additional works in future. Supervised the subcontractor’s architecture works and ensure it is in line with quality assurance in accordance with contract documents and QLASSIC assessment.Managed the filing system to record all inspection reports (RFIs), memo, method statement, delivery order and material procurement records.Provided technical advice and support in IBS for the project and ensure that the established quality control / quality assurance process and accompanying checklists are completed and in full compliance with the company’s SOP.
