During my time at Uchi Denver, I moved from my role as a Reservations Manager to a new hybrid position of Reservations & Events Management. This position required a self-directed nature in order to handle multiple, dynamic projects. My core responsibilities include organizing up to 40 monthly group dining events and maintaining consistently high-volume reservations planning and reporting on overall guest growth year-over-year. I have also thrived in cultivating personal relationships in order to retain regular guests, have driven new business through community outreach initiatives and promotional events, and have promoted guest engagement through managing in-house social media content. I have experience in people management through hiring, scheduling and coaching a host and reservations team.

I began my role at The Capital Grille as a lead hostess, working with OpenTable software to manage the flow of the restaurant while also curating exceptional guest experiences. During my time there, I also took on a role as a Sales Professional. This role included helping the Sales Manager with data entry, email marketing, social media outreach, and community relationship focused marketing strategies. I also assisted in contracting, planning, and executing events ranging from 2-200 guests.
