I became a dietitian to teach, support, and cheer on those I am serving. I’ve worked in various areas of nutrition: collegiate, acute care, long-term care, outpatient counseling, corporate wellness, and foodservice. I’m blessed to be a lifelong learner and appreciate all that this field has given to me in my own health. I’m a natural leader who chooses to be positive, regardless of the situation, and I do not hesitate to roll up my sleeves and help where I am needed. If COVID has taught me anything, it’s to continue showing patience, compassion, perseverance and flexibility in ALL that I do.Be Well and Travel Often!
