Over 20 years of planning and architectural experience, as well as management consulting for airports in support of their capital programs providing the development of oversight strategies, implementation of key processes and controls, management of the CIP, validation for scope and cost, compliance and establishing governance. In her prior role as the Senior Airport Architect for Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Maegen was responsible for the oversight of planning, design, and construction of all terminal and vertical projects within their CIP. Prior to Charlotte Douglas, she was an aviation architect with RS&H and responsible for the design of terminals and other airport facilities across the United States and Caribbean.
