With my diverse work background spanning across hospitality, retail and management I have honed core customer service skills and learnt the importance of developing relationships with customers.Starting my career in hospitality I quickly learnt how to work in a fast paced environment, understanding peoples wants and needs and how to deliver them efficiently and effectively ensuring customers are satisfied with the services I had provided. After four years in hospitality I transitioned into retail. This transition provided me with the opportunity to work in an industry that I am so passionate about, the fashion industry. In my two roles in retail I constantly remain updated on incoming trends, understanding consumer preferences and understanding buying patterns of clientele, skills applicable to all areas of marketing. Within these roles I am commended for my fashion forward thinking as well as my ability to adapt to a constantly evolving market, catering for all customers needs.Pursuing management was the next stage in my career. After a short time at Mecca I was promoted to Zone Manager, a position that bridges the gap between customers, hosts and upper management. This role expands allows me to lead by example, being approachable, adaptable and ensure that my people are satisfied with their workplace.
