As you read this, you must realize that the "digital universe" is playing an increasingly important part in our lives, which is why I created Elite Consultation. I help small and big businesses, non-profits, individuals, and government bodies find ways to be more impactful online. I manage to make technology understandable, stress-free, and enjoyable.My love for technology started during my early teens; I was passionate about understanding how the web and everything it contains was working. I also discovered other aspects of technology, and since then, I've been following everything tech-related: web, software, and hardware.I now act in a strategic role, understanding what part of the universe of information technology (IT) can help my clients achieve their goals, and how that can be achieved. From web design to social media marketing, software selection, and business process optimization, we leverage the best IT has to offer to make life easier for business owners and managers alike.It didn't start that way, though. I started by teaching various courses, from lifesaving to introduction to personal accounting, including customer service, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace courses. I started by using technology for myself, thinking that without a formal technology education, that was as far as it would go, but I was wrong. I started Elite Consultation after working on small projects, finding ways to help friends of friends or colleagues. It was of great help to them, and it made me realize that the expertise I have could help many other people. That's why we positioned ourselves in such a special place, the intersection of digital marketing, technology, and education.I like to think that my educational background is the real special sauce in what I do. Rather than approach business with a salesperson mindset, I like to educate my potential customers on their options and let them decide if they want to do business with me. It works out great because that means I only work with people that believe in what I do and want to work with me, and I get to enjoy that professional relationship on a deeper level.My specialties are strategic: brand positioning and influence, business growth, and impact. I like to be the person that makes IT and digital marketing understandable. I take away the obscure concepts that my clients don't need to understand, and I offer them the information they need to make informed decisions that will help their mission, that's it.
