As a data-driven and strategic Chief of Staff to the Regional Manager Southern Europe at AXA XL, a division of AXA, I leverage my Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner credential and over ten years of experience in leading cross-functional projects and supporting business development in the insurance industry. I enable the Regional Manager and the Country Managers to achieve their goals and objectives, by providing them with data-driven insights, operational support, and stakeholder engagement.
