Managed legal integrations of companies acquired by Symantec, with focus on integration of sales licensing processes.

Managed all legal affairs of this 200+ person security software start-up. Negotiated high volume of complex licensing transactions. Led company through acquisition by Symantec in 2005.

Handled all legal matters for this e-commerce start-up, including negotation of multiple licensing and technology transactions.
