We play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate and professional customer service to customers, helping solve problems such as: locating a package: connecting a software: returning an item: or assisting a delivery driver to get a package toa customer on time. My primary objective is to serve customers, answer customer questions quickly and effectively, resolve issues with empathy and care, nurture relationships, and improve brand credibility.
