• Provides Email Support Helpdesk using Zendesk• Answer all tickets sent by clients having inquiries in using Cincopa and other related products related to cincopa• Assist Clients in fixing issues and other troubleshooting issues of using cincopa plugin in word press websites and other platforms• Creates a step by step guide either in written form and video for clients on how to use the product.

• Conduct hands on training students in using Microsoft Office Applications such MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook• Educate students about Computer Concepts, its history, computer applications, information systems, trends and issues in IT• Provide students a hands-on experience in navigating Linux Operating System, works with files and folders, using the Mozilla Firefox browser and Open Office.org applications.• Teach the students on proper email etiquettes and creating business correspondence.

• Install Omgeo products to client's machine by using an online tool called WebEx.• Perform trade recovery after the successful installation of the Oasys Global Software.• Set-up the client's Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection and dial-up connection for back-up.• Make an analysis report on the issues encountered by the client before performing the troubleshooting procedures to resolved the issue.• Attend training sessions of 3rd party tools and new technology applicable to support the existing Omgeo services. 3rd party tools may include using the Microsoft SQL Server 2000, VPN, trade recovery procedures and installing the Oasys Global software to the client's RD machine. • Attend internal training programs as well as proactively read Omgeo documentation to advance knowledge of existing products and develop understanding of new Omgeo services.

• Ensure adherence to established processes and procedures and timely and accurate completion of all tasks required to create, maintain or delete client and user profiles for all Omgeo services using a combination of web-based and command-line tools. • Provide quality control through activity monitoring and statistical analysis • Analyze the information sent by clients request; create service order for the request; make documentation before approving the said request.• May conduct research on account information through the Web and on existing information in the database to ensure completeness of information entered into the system/ database.• Serve as escalation point for resolution of intradepartmental issues • Coordinate and manage various special projects as and when required, for example to support large scale migrations of Omgeo clients from one product to another.

• Respond to all customer inquiries either by mails or calls and contact them regarding the status of their order.• Provides solutions to customer inquiries regarding discrepancies of their bill and their orders.• Responsible for selling the company's products and services via telephone. Deliver a superior customer experience and provide technical and administrative information and quote prices. • Mail marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive posture of the company and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested. • Provides first level of product support to any technical issues encounter by the customer.
