I am passionate about helping people learn and understand whatever field I work in. In education, I helped students to learn and understand Math, English, Social Studies, Coding and more as well as broader goals like communication, team work, and social skills. In banking, I made sure that whenever I left a conversation about my job, the other person knew more about that topic than when we started. From working with coworkers on how to best approach a sticky customer service situation, to making sure a borrower knew details of the rules and conditions of their mortgage, to vendors and other collaborative companies, I taught or endeavored to grow my understanding. After over three years in the banking industry, I was well versed in billing and payment issues, customer service requests including line of credit withdrawals, payment systems and payoffs, documentation and closing requirements, and after-closing concerns ranging from property tax payments to insurance to lien releases.I have recently joined the financial planning and investing industry. I am learning every day about how to best serve our clients and how to explain clearly and accurately how investing and financial planning affects them.
