As company producer for Simon Mole, my role involves managing all company projects including R&Ds, productions, national tours and one-off participation projects. I have worked on the planning and project management of 14 successful Arts Council England ProjectGrants, producing 6 shows, 10 national tours, reaching 10K audience with 168+performances at theatres, festivals, libraries & museums.Children's Poet, Simon Mole; musician, Gecko; director, Peader Kirk and arts producer, Maeve O’Neill collaborate to create outstanding, interactive poetry experiences for young peoplewith a track record in producing high quality participatory events, workshops, shows and projects.Production Credits include: The Great Big Dinosaur Show (National tour 2022-2025); Poetry Picnic (Online premiere 2020 & National Tour 2021- 2022 to 12 venues & 4 libraries); Mole & Gecko: The Show (National tour to 15 venues, 9 libraries and 4festivals 2019); Friends For All (V&A commission & National Tour 2018 with Half Moon Presents). Poet & Performer Simon Mole is an acclaimed children’s poet (and sleep deprived dad) who has shared stages with Michael Rosen, Kae Tempest and John Hegley. He is a National Poetry Day ambassador, with over ten years of experience using poetry with children and families. Simon works in schools and libraries across the country and overseas. His author credits include: A First Book of Dinosaurs, Kites, I Love My Bike (shortlisted for The Sunday Times Children’s Sports Book of the Year) and I Love My Cat.
