A Therapy Assistant provides behavioural intervention to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities, based on the science of Applied Behavioural Analysis - the most effective and evidence-based teaching approach for children with autism. At Pathways Early Intervention, Therapy Assistants teach children the skills they need to approach the world with independence. Under the supervision of a Certified Behaviour Analyst, a Behaviour Therapist will implement programs with a focus on building the clients communication, social, and emotional regulation skills.

Provide social, academic, and emotional support to University students with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. Attend weekly sessions, offering advice and guidance, helping mentee overcome University related difficulties and achieve their goals.

Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) is an opportunity for students to develop their knowledge, providing them with a platform to discuss and review the weekly material. As a PASS Leader, sessions are facilitated by a student who has previously achieved high results for the course. A PASS Leaders position entails creating weekly worksheets based on the weekly course material and leading sessions, provoking discussion, and supporting students in strengthening their understanding.

Teaching dance to children aged 3-16 in both recreational and competitive settings; including exam preparation. Adapting teaching style to cater the needs and skills of each student. Mentoring students and developing their confidence.

Teaching dance to children aged 3 to adult. Focussing on developing the students skills while working in a group and one on one setting. Collaborating with other staff members to reach goals.

Welcoming and serving customers, operating POS system, preparing food and beverages, maintaining neat presentation of products, processing online orders, responding to customer enquiries over the phone, training junior staff members, and opening and closing of the store.

Teaching dance to children with complex socio-emotional needs and coordinating lessons in accordance with the individual needs of each student. Creating a diverse learning experience for students to achieve desired learning outcomes, while working with school teachers.
