- Tasked with researching and analyzing the potential effect of the 2017 solar eclipse on power markets as well as analyzing the potential effects of future eclipses based on trends in both data and policy. Collected and analyzed data for a report on how the aftermath of the Texas hurricanes and floods in the summer of 2017 affected the energy system- Responsible for sorting, analyzing, and visually mapping data points leading to the mapping of the entirety of Mexico’s power grid as well as a majority of the Midwest and California power grids- Tasked with error/bug identification and correction as well as producing a methodology to do so- Produce ad hoc projects of company leadership- Compiled deep knowledge of the nodal power markets including understanding the driving factors in price fluctuations as well as the process behind differential trading through Independent Service Organizations (ISOs).
