We are here Venice (WahV) is an NGO working to protect Venice, its lagoon and its inhabitants from the environmental risks, by collaborating with universities, companies, cultural institutions and public authorities.• Contacts with the Press and with institutional collaborators, in English and Italian: drafting of official documents and press releases on the occasion of the G20 in Venice, contacts with UNESCO, interview for an international media, • Translation of official documents (English-French-Italian).• Creation of a database on the environmental and social impacts of the cruise ship industry worldwide: Research, analysis and categorization of scientific publications, design of the database. Collaboration with the Global Cruise Activist Network.

Development of an offer of family holidays for caregivers in charge of a disabled person. This project, called "Évasion Handicap Familles," and is developed in partnership with VVF (Village Vacances Familles). It aims at enabling these caregivers to spend holidays with their relative(s), with adapted arrangements for disabled people, and thus gives them access to respite care.Missions:- Review of the care respite care sector in France, and of the activities of the operators which already offer similar services- Design of the modalities of the offer, fundraising, research for subsidies and potential partnerships- Creation of a customer list, networking, communication to promote the project

As part of the Board of Activities and Associative Life, in connection with the General Management Board, I worked for three months on a strategic diagnosis of the activities of the Ufcv association, as well as the development of a new Europe-wide educational project. Mission specifics:• Strategic diagnosis of the activities: Review of the markets on which the association operates and their trends, study of the positioning of Ufcv in relation to competing operators, identification of ways to differentiate and develop.• Development of a Europe-wide educational project (Bafa-d) : Analysis of the association's Bafa-d activities and of past international experiences; research for innovation possibilities at an European and international scale; research for potential partnerships and funding, with an emphasis on European institutions' funds and support.
