Starting all over again:As deputy managing director of a construction company that offered all the extras I wanted at the time, I had to realise that the status and the money were not fulfilling me in the long term. I withdrew from the company takeover in 2022 and followed my true career aspirations from then on. Away from a fake identity to please others and towards my own authentic identity. Something where money doesn't play a role, but where the work itself takes centre stage. These are the focal points:- People- Cultures- Countries- Visual creativity with a focus on photographyAt the beginning of 2024, I spent three months in East Africa working as a humanitarian photographer for various aid organisations to document the embassy and its projects. I want to delve deeper into this area, as many of the above-mentioned focal points are present in this work. Helping non-profit organisations to attract more donors through a better image and targeted communication is a topic that interests me greatly.I also work for SMEs on advertising campaigns, websites, images, logos, slogans and wordplay to create a visual identity out of nothing or to strengthen it. With targeted marketing and modern tools, I successfully bring this to the target group. The current AI topic comes in very handy here. This allows me to cover a much wider range of work, as my skills in Lightroom and Photoshop as well as my affinity for communication and technical tools is a very practical combination.
