Worked on improving MQ-Transformer neural net model and deprecated several legacy models. Since these models are owned by different teams, I initiated org-level cross-team coordination to run backfills and backtest to replace those models with MQ-Transformer, and led multiple engineers within team and several different teams involvedImplemented several APIs in a large scale Machine Learning service that helped automate the process of running machine learning workflows on a daily basisLaunched one single forecasting Deep Learning model instance in 4 marketplaces which was trained on data from all 4 markets: Expanded the retail product demand forecasting model (implemented in MQ-Transformer) coverage to all retail North America, Europe, and Asia marketplaces. Iterated through training and backtesting in terms of selecting features and determining training periods with data scientists.
