The project "Diverse and Active", aims to develop a set of transforming tools and instruments to promote diversity and tolerance, combating discrimination in the workplace. The functions assigned involve communication with social entities; preparation of a study on diversity in organizations; creation of guides with HR professionals from companies and labor inclusion professionals from social entities and an awareness campaign.

In this internship I performed tasks in the consular and chancellery area. My duties included: learn more about Japanese politics, history and society; compose telegrams; consular service; archive and development of ideas for the promotion of Portugal in Japan.

I collaborated in the Operations and Logistics department of Executive Education. I followed educational programs along with the rest of the team. Main responsible for the attendance and evaluation of the participants.

Planning and elaboration of the activities proposed for the Intercultural Week; contact with entities; responses to requests of different natures; preparation of communication plans, as well as its products; development of registration forms and evaluation of activities.
