In my current role, I am responsible for coordinating various activities that integrate digital marketing and administrative operations, ensuring effective management and a positive impact on commercial processes. My main responsibilities include:Social Media and Website Management: Creating and managing content for digital platforms, ensuring that the brand's messaging is aligned with the marketing strategy.Budget and Order Management: Preparing budgets and managing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services, as well as coordinating and planning deliveries for clients to ensure efficient logistics.Creation of Presentations and Commercial Content: Developing presentation materials and promotional content to support the sales teams.Administrative Support: Assisting with administrative tasks related to commercial operations, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks, ensuring smooth operation across all activities.

- Development of the ATL and BLT Marketing and Communication plan- Creation of content for digital channels (Facebook, Linkedin, Website)- Development and planning of content for promotional campaigns- Creation of a new institutional website www.pltelecom.com- Exploration of new markets;- Making commercial contacts and nurturing leads;- Preparation of commercial documents;- Responsible for the annual Internal Audit - evaluated by SGS - and for the implementation of good operating standards.
