Purch is a consultancy firm specialized in healthcare procurement. Purch acts as a GPO in the Nordic countries, and it can also help your company set up, and run, the entire purchasing organization. Purch also help customers with strategic purchasing projects such as benchmarks and market- and supplier analysis. My contributions to Purch: - Marketing plan and execution, strategic and operational- Cost and spend analysis of industry segments- Full procurement processes for clients including: analysis, supplier negotiations and contracts- Market- and supplier analysis, including price benchmarks- Managing customer- and supplier relationship

- Department head of HoReCa & Events during Swedish launch of IQOS- Member of the Swedish management team- Launching a new tobacco category and brand - Reduced Risk Products, IQOS - in Sweden while maintaining old business - Restructured and grew department from 3 to 6 people, recruitment of +20 3rd party employees- Development of department strategy, KPI setting and evaluations- Building HoReCa & Event’s commercial calendar and business partner strategies- Developed and maintained external relationships, contract negotiations and collaborations- Execution of brand building events and consumer engagement activities- Budget planning and management
