Yoga, comunication and art are the main tools I am involved with to live with creativity and wellbeing.I have been working as author, producer and presenter of radio and television programs about contemporary art and cultural identities at RTP (Rádio e Televisão de Portugal). Following more than two decades of devoted Hatha Yoga practice, I graduated as certified Yoga teacher and I am happy to guide Yoga and Somatic Education classes in Lisbon.As Yoga teacher, I am specially interested in how hatha yoga, corporal movement awareness and body alignment are intertwined on different levels and may influence positively our daily existence. My website YogaLx.com emerged from the love for yoga, art and self-knowledge, and is now growing as a brand of natural yoga props showing Portuguese raw materials.As designer certified by IADE - Creative University, I developed a few projects on fashion, textile and graphics focused on how body movement may interact with the elements of nature.I have been developing radio programs and complementary researches about the indo-portuguese cultural heritage and comparative mythology concerning Portuguese history and culture. I graduated as certified Hatha Yoga instructor at CPYoga - Centro Português de Yoga in Lisbon and completed a Teacher Training Course in Yoga and Somatic Education with Liliana Nuño at OSSEUS Yoga Gravity Research (Lisbon), furthering studies on Yoga in the lineage of of Tirumalai Krishnamakarya and Swami Kuvailyananda (Kaivalyadhama - Lonavla, India). Member of the IAYT - International Alliance of Yoga Therapists and the Yoga Alliance Professionals.I have been teaching regular Hatha Yoga and Somatic Education classes at OSSEUS - Yoga Gravity Research. Also implementing Yoga and Somatic Education classes for Sclerosis patients, blinds and partially sighted people at OSSEUS with Liliana Nuño and Clínica Humannexus.
