I led the development of a new back office product from inception. The aim of this product was to allow the Copy team to create product descriptions in multiple languages more effectively. This was possible by introducing a more flexible and automated process.

I worked with two teams with two different missions where I mainly focused on:- Rebuilding the internal SLO monitoring tool.After running user interviews together with UX, doing market research with the devteam, and having discussions with Google around SRE practices, we were able tolaunch a new SLO monitoring tool that saw a ~20% monthly usage increase.- Increasing the monitoring and alerting internal platform to accommodate all thewarehouse teams migrating their applications from on-premises to the cloud. Thiswas done by adding Prometheus and Grafana to our portfolio.

I led the development of two products within a B2B2C platform that helps multipleinternational retailers offer online groceries to customers.These two back office products allowed retailers to have full control of theircustomers order related communications (Emails and SMS) and order receipts. Iwas part of the inception process for the order receipts. During this time I also mentored a developer that had interest in product, who laterbecame a Junior PM for the Mobie team
