• Admin and planning for SharePoint server (SharePoint Server 2010 and SharePoint 365) with alot of platforms for all departments and Projects in KHCC • Overseeing the development and establishment of the IT infrastructure across all layers, as well as the integration/electronic data exchange with external entities and their respective IS• Approving, coordinating and controlling all projects related to selection, acquisition, development and installation of major information systems.• Providing advice on evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance of information systems, ensuring appropriate investment in strategic and operational systems and accordingly is accountable for the evaluation of the new systems implemented to measure their success.• Reviewing all hardware and software acquisition and maintenance contracts, soliciting involvement and participation of other management team members as appropriate.• Overseeing and approving the development and maintenance of corporate IT policies and standards aimed at maximizing effectiveness and minimizing costs related to the acquisition, implementation and operation of IT systems.• Enforcing policy and procedures to ensure the protection of the affiliate’s IT assets and the integrity, security and privacy if information entrusted to or maintained by the affiliate.• Developing, when possible, master purchase or lease agreements for hardware, software, maintenance and telecommunication services. • Developing and monitoring the approved annual operating and capital budgets for information and technology systems. • Maintaining contact with IT suppliers and maintaining knowledge of current technology, equipment, prices and terms of agreements to minimize the investment required to meet established service levels. Evaluating alternatives, performing appropriate cost benefit analysis, and recommending solutions that maximize effectiveness and minimize costs commensurate with acceptable risks.
