Builds and strengthens philanthropic relationships, partnerships and collaborations for the greater good. Specializes in donor engagement, specifically in the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of the major gifts development program at the College of Communication & Information(CCI) & International Programs(IP). Leads CCI and IP’s multi-million dollar development efforts to raise philanthropic gifts and commitments to support student scholarships, professorships and innovative programs. 14+ years of successful relationship building, raising more than $20+million dollars that opens up opportunities for students to thrive and succeed and makes an impact in the local, state, national & global communities. Expertise in proposal development for major gift fundraising, leadership board/volunteer recruitment & training, event planning, project management. Manages the College’s Alumni Leadership Board and the Center For Hispanic Marketing Advisory Board and serves on the FSU Foundation’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Task Force. Extensive international education experience, working with non-profits and diverse populations. Loves to travel, dabbles in painting with acrylics, cooking with friends and walking with my two dogs to stay fit.
