Specializes in donor engagement, specifically in the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of the major gifts development program at the College of Communication & Information(CCI) & International Programs(IP). Leads CCI and IP’s multi-million dollar development efforts to raise philanthropic gifts and commitments to support student scholarships, professorships and innovative programs. 14+ years of successful relationship building, raising more than $20+million dollars that opens up opportunities for students to thrive and succeed and makes an impact in the local, state, national & global communities. Expertise in proposal development for major gift fundraising, leadership board/volunteer recruitment & training, event planning, project management. Manages the College’s Alumni Leadership Board and the Center For Hispanic Marketing Advisory Board and serves on the FSU Foundation’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Task Force. Extensive international education experience, working with non-profits and diverse populations. Loves to travel, dabbles in painting with acrylics, cooking with friends and walking with my two dogs to stay fit.
