PV COYA SOLAR PROJECT. 181 MWac.Actively participated in the process of defining service requirements and risks allocation, ensuring the formalization of each of these with the Contractors/suppliers (related to the following contracts: Balance of Plant “BoP”, EPC for Interconnection works, and Supply Agreements for: PV Modules, Trackers, Inverters, Cleaning Robots, Battery Energy Storage System).During the project construction, identified and managed the risks that Engie faced with respect to the Contractors and their subcontractors in relation to the works, applying control mechanisms and mitigation of their effects in compliance with applicable law.Participated in the management of disputes that were generated during the contract's execution, always with support of other Engie's internal areas.

SPENCE DESALINATION PLANT (CAPACITY: 86.400M3/DAY, ESTIMATED TOTALINVESTMENT OF USD 620M)• Provide contractual consultancy towards the project management team during theconstruction phase of a large-scale project.• Contractual risks management related to the EPC, BOOT (Build, Own, Operate and Transfer) and Service Agreements, to anticipate and mitigate claims, delays and budget overruns.• Contractual communication with internal and external stakeholders.• Ensure that the project is executed in accordance with applicable legislation and best industrypractices.

AURORA (129 MW) AND SARCO (170 MW) WIND FARMS OF AELA PLATFORM &1.3 GW ANDES RENOVABLES PLATFORM• Ensured the implementation of the contractual agreements required in all constructionprojects under execution and those under development.• Contractual risks management related to the EPC or BoP (Balance of Plant), TSA (TurbineSupply) CMA (Construction Management) among other Agreements, to anticipate and mitigateclaims, delays and budget overruns.• Contractual communication with internal and external stakeholders, including executivereporting towards Mainstream Group Board.• Managed and controlled the Construction team’s opex and capex budget.• Collaborate in the ISO45001 certification.

• Audited the development of internal processes in different departments of the company.• Advised senior management in the implementation of mandatory company policies.• Ensured the correct definition of effectiveness and efficiency KPIs in line with the objectives ofthe Engie global group.

Provided procurement management support for Mejillones power generation plant (589 MW), El Águila Solar Power Plant (2 MW), Monte Redondo Wind Farm (48 MW), and Laja Hydroelectric Plant(34.4 MW).Supervised the execution of service agreements and ensured the contractors’ compliance with their contractual commitments.Negotiated with Operation and Maintenance suppliers for existing power plants.
