Marco is comfortable with both doing and managing. He is an expert at maximizing resources and optimizing budgets to ensure that all work is achieved within the constraints of expenditure, time, quality, and health & safety. In his career, we can highlight Maintenance Management (in a Shopping Mall - Forum Viseu), where he followed several optimizations, highlighting the energy and the environmental management systems, including certification ISO 1400. As a Project Manager, he had work on several projects (MEP), in different countries on several Continents (Portugal in Europe, Angola and Mozambique in Africa, and now at Macao in Asia), during one year he held in Angola the administration of a switchboard factory, certified as a Schneider Electric partner. At the moment he is the Chief Operating Officer and member of the administration board, in E&E Macau.
