1. Maintain operational section for parking needs all 17 area location include office tower, apartment, hospital, hotel, university and shopping center.2. Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements3. Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery4. Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;5. Set up new location project in business area, design, tools, material, employee, network, and finishing work.6. Maintain relationship channel with building management, building general manager and/or with owner of the building.7. Maintain cash flow of parking income in all 17 area, include membership and valet.8. Organize annual budget each location for operational budget include worker needs.9. Give promotion for the best worker and demotion for the worst worker.

1. Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in Jakarta area2.
