Organized volunteers for Obama campaigns in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Arranged carpools to Iowa, Indiana and other states to canvass voters and phonebanks to voters in more remote states. Helped organize Northwest Suburbs of Chicago for Obama, one of the largest online groups of Obama supporters in the country. I was present when Senator Obama announced his campaign in Springfield, at the Democratic National Campaign in Denver, on Election Night in Grant Park, and at the inauguration in January 2009.
