At Bantani Education, I am focused on applying my project implementation and community engagement skills to foster dialogue, action, and policy advice, with a particular emphasis on the development of VET (Vocational Education and Training) in Central Asia. The transition from Project Management Trainee at the European Training Foundation to Consulting Project Manager has further sharpened my expertise in stakeholder engagement and project management.My commitment to social change is demonstrated through my hands-on work with Sharoit Plus, where we supported curriculum development, employment initiatives, and media literacy to empower young individuals with disabilities. These efforts, alongside my background in political science, fuel my mission to lead impactful projects that align with my passion for equality and societal progress.
