Senior Messaging Architect
CurrentSupport the Microsoft 365 Messaging Environment o Lead the deployment and integration of Microsoft 365 in a multi-cloud, multi-product environmento Integrate and administer Azure AD, Teams, and SharePointo Integrate and administer third-party products to provide security, backup, archive, e-discovery, data loss prevention, voice-to-email, and fax-to-email o Lead technical troubleshooting and resolution efforts for incident responseo Monitor environment health including mail-flow, environment backups, email security including spam and anti-virus, and supporting tool functions, identifying potential problems and areas for improvements and enhancementso Prepare reports and communicate on the status and functionality of the platform and supporting applications to internal and external stakeholderso Act as the technical lead on projects with the team - designing and engineering modifications and providing status reports to stakeholderso Ensure backups, archiving functionality, e-discovery, voice-to-email, and fax-to-email services are functioning properlyo Maintain the integration between Google and Microsoft 365Manage Operational Efficiency o Utilize performance monitoring to identify opportunities, make recommendations, and take action to improve service levelso Actively pursue root cause analysis in the event of system or process failures to determine and implement corrective measures o Develop processes for systematically replicating configurations to a Test environment and to promote changes to productiono Identify enhancements and improvements to user functionalityo Stay abreast of technology advancements, user requirements, and platform improvement opportunities to increase customer valueLead and Manage Agency Migrations o Gather agency and user requirements for management and configuration of the environmento Perform lead engineer duties for mail migrations
