For the last 8 years, I have been working in the Marketing Media and Communication Industry by founding, leading, and creating a Print and Digital Media business with more than 82 monthly publications. As a Marketing Strategist Director, I have been mainly responsible for launching the creative team and positions to fulfill our mission. Also, I have been responsible for creating the annual budget, sales plan, suppliers list and specific strategy to accomplish the annual revenue goal and working together with our management team to send invoices, control expenses, and pay our suppliers on time to have a growing company with the correct money flow. But the most important job in which I consider myself the best in the field in Guatemala is in creating a creative strategy to reach our sales goals. My job is mainly focused on creating Events, Advertising Campaigns, Shopping Malls activations, etc. to reach into our readers and position the magazine in the right target market. On the other hand, I founded and developed: Its O.K. a support group for Sexual Violence victims in where we develop the basic skills and personal strategies to regain confidence and heal the wounds that violent acts can cause on a woman's life. Changing life, helping them succeed and return to normal life.
