Vice President of Supply Chain & Innovation – Responsible for all aspects of supply chain operations that included value creation for equity owners and organizing the business to that end goal. Held direct management of logistics, co-packing, scheduling, purchasing, P&L management, pricing, customer service, co-packed, warehousing, freight, sourcing, key customer relationships, R&D, and indirectly QA. Additionally, created a turnaround mentality that focused on increasing cross-functional team work.Managed a $118 million spend that generated a 41% volume growth in 2 years for 2 plants with 5 supporting warehouses, saving more than $5.7 million a 5% reduction in logistics costs in light of growing distribution model and inbound freight. Successfully moved 50% of inbound freight to GCF managed freight for a savings of 15% while managing doubled volume growth with a 99.5% fill rate

Served as a member of the executive team with roles of leadership in the community, new business venues, board relations, high profile vendor and customer relationships. Responsible for reviewing new acquisitions for Brazos and CEO, intellectual property, food safety, sales and value P&L consisting of $94 million in sales with a supply chain spend of $64 million.Developed refrigerated entrée’s with 120-360 day shelf life while maintaining restaurant quality. This high pressure pasteurization was recognized as one of the largest company innovations.

Responsible for all of Innovation and Quality Assurance. Directly sold HEB Owned Brands and developed 55 launched products for them.
