With a strong passion for business management, I led and provided technical support to my team at Upcycle Green Technology, driving the successful execution of the innovation project developed by the startup. Before this, I served as CEO and Managing Director of Sicex Despachos Aduaneiros (Bielog Group) in Porto Alegre, Brazil, for 23 years. In this role, I managed the company while also overseeing the freight forwarding and supply chain departments within the logistics and customs clearance services sector. Additionally, I volunteered in a leadership capacity as President of the RS Oil, Gas, and Energy Association for four years. This association, comprised of entrepreneurs in the oil, gas, and energy industries, is dedicated to fostering new business opportunities and promoting collaboration among its members.
