I have always been an entrepreneur at heart. My first work experience was actually to start my own business, an art gallery I opened at 23 years old. I learned a lot from that experience but decided to close after two years. I realized the art world wasn’t my path.I then worked as a producer in advertising for a 6 years. I learned how to efficiently manage projects but mostly find solutions to problems no one wanted to handle. I would always go the extra mile. My expertise, basically, was to make shit happen. For example, I was once asked to find 1000 four leaf clovers and smuggle them into the Canadian Olympic House during the 2018 Olympics in South Korea for a stunt. I made that happen. If you don’t believe me, I have proof on video ;). One thing I wasn’t doing though, was making a difference in this world. Have a meaningful impact on people. Help people grow, help people change. With all do respect to the industry, advertising didn’t make the cut. When I discovered meditation it truly changed my life. I was able to gain confidence, have better control over my mind and emotions, find focus and clarity through the practice. I saw myself grow and evolve into the person I wanted to be. So I decided I needed to find a way to share mindfulness to more people, to make it accessible to newbies and gurus alike while creating a safe space for people to connect with themselves and grow into their fullest potential. We offer a variety of activities curated to improve your team's over all well being such as mindfulness workshops, meditation, yoga and fitness classes and team building activities. An immersive Studio will be opening in a secret location in 2022, stay tuned!
